Our client is currently seeking a Plant Engineer to oversee all Engineering Projects (mostly equipment swaps & upgrades) and manage all phases of the projects to completion. The Engineer must also be able to create / revise Preventative Maintenance Programs for new & existing equipment. The Plant Maintenance Superintendent reports into this position and the Engineer should be able to properly supervise maintenance personnel who visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. A college degree is preferred along with 3-5 years of experience. Non-degreed candidates will be considered but should have 7-10 years experience. This is 60/40 ratio: engineering to maintenance position.. Relocation Assistance is available. Candidates MUST have Food / Beverage / Dairy Industry Experience.
