Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing methodologies SAP Activate and SAP RDS for SAP tools, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fashion Management Studio (FMS), SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), and SAP Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) solution;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP applications on AWS, SAP S/4HANA On Prem and Cloud Solutions, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP ERP solutions, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori and SAP Successfactor applications in the client’s landscape;
• Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA On Prem and Cloud, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP ERP solution for SAP Digital and Cloud Solutions implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Solution Manager, SAP Business Process Procedures (BPP), SAP Portfolio, Project Management, and Microsofts’ (MS) Project, Excel, Sharepoint;
• Working with project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, BMC Remedy, Ivanti Cherwell, HPQC, Jira and MS Excel;
• Utilizing HP LoadRunner and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to support and perform Volume Performance Testing and SAP Functional Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Performing SAP ERP Solutions, Business Technology Platform, SAP S/4HANA and SAP FMS/CAR production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP Activate Methodology.

Annual Salary: $128627.00 - $208250.00
