Work you’ll do 

In this role, you will conduct scrum ceremonies for two project teams (one client) on site in Tampa, FL.

• The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• The candidate will work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team’s ability to deliver value.
• This candidate will also be responsible for managing the teams project scope and timeline.

Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• 2 years’ experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-ups
• 1 year of experience working in an agile environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Must be willing to work onsite at least 4 days per week
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance (Top Secret)
• “Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve”
