Work you’ll do

The SAP S4/HANA Finance & General Ledger (GL) role will support a large implementation of Federal SAP S/4HANA through various SDLC phases including Discovery, Implementation, and Sustainment. This Functional role will support a team conducting Fit/Gap & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) workshops, development of Functional Design Documents (FDDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ultimately transition to Sustainment for the Finance (FI) module in SAP. Some supported activities include Mock conversions, Mock Month/Year End close processing, and integration between various SAP functional modules and team members across Asset Management (AM), Funds Management (FM), Controlling (CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).

Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• 2 years of SAP experience supporting a large implementation of Federal SAP S/4HANA with a complete understanding of Fit/Gap & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) workshops, development of Functional Design Documents (FDDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ultimately transition to Sustainment for the Finance (FI) module in SAP
• Strong communication and analysis skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs within established timeline
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Federal Finances and USSGL in SAP is preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,550 to $134,250.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
