As a Senior Appian Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing Appian platform essentials to build and apply complex business rules.
• Leveraging your knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering to design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications.
• Integrating with web services, databases, or other systems to build process models and executable workflows.
• Interpreting and troubleshooting technical issues within Appian design objects.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must have an active Appian Certified Associate Developer, Certified Senior Developer or Certified Lead Developer Certification.
• 2-3 years of experience working in Appian.
• 3 years of experience in successful software delivery or software development.
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities.
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 10%-20%, on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum.
• Strong problem-solving and design skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
