Work you’ll do:

  1. Serve as Scrum Master, working closely with multiple Scrum teams, maintaining cohesive plans and schedules to Ensure that all software development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
  2. Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  3. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders including cybersecurity and operations.
  4. Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and best practices to Manage the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
  5. Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.
  6. May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Requirements

  1. MA/MS degree
  2. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  3. Active Secret security clearance required
  4. 10 years of experience with agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, and cross-functional team.
  5. Experience in any of the following: Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and/or Slack SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government, SAFe PO/PM
