The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitate the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices
  • Manage clients, complex projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectations
  • Distribute work across ServiceNow team and ensure that the quality of delivery is high
  • Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications
  • Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes
  • Responsible for proactive problem and risk management on the platf Guide team in troubleshooting issues found on ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same time
  • 3 years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions
  • 5 years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow
  • Must be technically savvy and possess knowledge on how to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA

Preferred

  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
