The team

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least12years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• At least8years ofexperienceworking in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients
• SAP FICO experience
• SAP Projects Systems experience
• Deep knowledgeand implementation experience withSAPGPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution)and/orPMMO (Project, Manufacturing, Management and Optimization) modules
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAPGPDorSAP PMMO, and SAP Project Systems
• S4 HANA implementation experience
• Experience leading at least 5end-to-endSAPFinance/GPD/PMMO implementationsfrom planning through go-live
• Experience leading presales, proposals, and RFPs 
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired:

• Prior “Big 4” consulting experience
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships 
• Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials 
• Experience delivering projects using SAP ASAP & Agile methodologies
• Signavioexperience 
• Greenfield implementation experience 
• Master’s degree

Wages Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
