Work you’ll do

At Deloitte, you’ll work with the best in the business to solve their toughest problems. As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:

• Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. 
• Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.
• Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff.
• People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.
• Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. 

Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Qualifications

Required:

• At least8years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• Deepknowledgeand implementation experience withSAP procurementmodules and processesandintegrations
• Functional configuration and design experiencewithSAP Ariba, and SAPMaterials Management (MM)
• S4 HANA implementation experience
• Participation in all phases of at least4SAPSupply Chain/Procurementimplementations with at least2in a Lead role
• Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors youserve
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired:

• Knowledge and experience withSAPAPO,SAP PP, and SAP SRM
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable Process and Vendor Payment process
• Prior “Big 4” consulting experience
• Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs 
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships 
• Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials 
• Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
