Deloitte US is Hiring an US E - Consulting - Project Delivery Manager - SAP AP/HRMM Functional - Enterprise Performance - Enterprise Operations as a Service - PDM Near Indianapolis, IN

As an experienced Project Delivery Manager - SAP AP/HRMM Functional you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. 

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities 

  • Support client SAP S/4 system; analyze tickets entered for break/fixes and minor enhancements and work with users and/or development team members to resolve issues. Create detailed functional specification documents as needed. 
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP AP/HRMM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient utilization of SAP modules.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
  • This is a remote role.

The Team  

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 10 years’ experience in SAP AP/HRMM modules.
  • 10 years’ experience in SAP S4/HANA and FICA
  • 8 years in consulting or client facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems, specifically in Accounts Payable (AP) and Human Resources Management and Materials Management (HRMM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred 

  • SAP Certification in AP and/or HRMM modules.
  • Project management experience, preferably with PMP certification.
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
