Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go to market, we show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations - from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader—and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology – a solutions builder, a roll-up-your-sleeves technologist who wants a collaborative environment, think-tank feel, and share new ideas with your colleagues in a dynamic environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and new responsibilities?

If so, consider an opportunity with our Human Capital Program and Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) team. We deliver proven solutions to help drive transformation, improve productivity, and streamline business operations in all areas of project and program management.

Work You’ll Do

As a PMaaS Manager, you will bring strong functional and project management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through the delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users. • Use sound judgment and skill to develop a project management approach suitable for planning and managing the effort
  • Coach members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
  • Create and develop project scope and schedule. Plan and assign resources to associated tasks and deliverables
  • Monitor progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions
  • Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
  • Develop and maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision-makers

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • 6 years working in Human Capital software development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
