Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will utilize your knowledge and experience of Full Stack Development to support Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting ServiceNow team. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
  • Diagnosing and resolving defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)
  • Collaborating with fellow functional teams, developers, and testers in an agile development environment
  • Working with Government Product Owners to provide technical insight on business requirement sand functional design

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice; the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

 Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy, to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 3 years related experience in Bootstrap, Angular JS, Microsoft PL/SQL, API, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML5, JavaScript, Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Must have expertise in back end, server-side API’s, integrations, client-side JavaScript,and databases
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Preferred
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Secret clearance
