We provide a broad range of CFO managed services across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis. Many of our clients are looking for sustained value not just one-time labor arbitrage savings. We bundle operate and transform services to bring innovation and on-going value delivery. We bring innovative service delivery models and digital innovations like Gen AI and ML to accelerate time to value, reduce the cost to serve, and deliver world-class finance operations.

Work you'll do: As a Specialist Executive your expertise will be leveraged to expand our services in the Consumer and Retail space. As a primary leader in our sales efforts working closely with our clients C-suite and Heads of Transformation, your depth in relationship development will be a key component to the role as you develop value propositions and structure strategic deals through the pursuit cycle. In addition to the sales role, you will lead large scale programs and teams. As this is a newly created position, your enthusiasm for innovation will be an integral piece of the role.

Responsibilities may include:

• Client Management: Develop and expand deep relationships at the CXO level and/or Head of Transformation
• Delivery: Manage team, service delivery, engagement delivery across transition, stabilization and transformation phases of a program.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. 

 Required Qualifications:

• 10 years consulting/and or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Business Managed Service environment
• Scope of delivered services should include operations across Finance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis
• Business development experience including sales and RFP response development
• Global team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Consumer and/or Retail Industry experience
• Familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance
• Leading multi-year programs from 50M
• 10M in sales annually
• Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials
