What You Will Do

The Sr. Oracle Application Developer provides application technical and functional support within the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications. These applications include but are not limited to HRMS, Payroll, Benefits, and General Ledger. Responsibilities also include implementing and enhancing the functionality in Oracle eBusiness suite configurations, modifications, testing, deployment, and production support. Work involves evaluating business processes and procedures in the design of systems and development of business requirements, program specifications, system test plans, and process flow diagrams; and developing and maintaining custom programs, reports and forms that interface with Oracle E-Business Suite in order to provide an integrated information system solution to meet the business needs of the Client.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Required

· Provides Oracle applications technical and functional support.

· Performs data analysis, coding, testing, QA, documentation, integration and maintenance of applications.

· Performs requirements gathering and analysis on projects.

· Interfaces with middle and senior level executive end users to develop client "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies, formulate project plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation as well as on-going support of Oracle application production environment;

· Works with My Oracle Support (MOS) to resolve customer open issues.

· Provides configuration management support to staff for development software.

· Merges developed programs with the Oracle application software to provide an easily accessible system for users.

· Provides technical documentation updated to the latest enhancement or release.

· Assists in reviewing the current technical architecture, including design patterns and development methodologies.
