An established busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm seeks litigation associate for immediate hire.

Ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience in PERSONAL INJURY.

This role requires a strong commitment to client service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of personal injury plaintiff and plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Candidates must be in good standing with the New York bar and have a minimum 3-5 years of experience. Prior personal injury experience is required. Applicants with trial experience are encouraged to apply. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. Applicants should have experience litigating in state court, taking depositions, and excellent legal research and writing skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience, but will be at least six-figures plus commission.
