Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of telecommunication systems including but not limited to This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems, including network cabling, and low voltage equipment, CCTV, Access Controls, Security systems, Network and Fiber equipment.
- Perform fiber splicing and termination
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telephone and data lines
- Test and certify network connections
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network cabling, electrical, and low voltage systems
- Experience with fiber splicing and termination
- Proficient in field service techniques and procedures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment installation and maintenance
- Previous experience in Avigilon Security Systems, access control and/or cameras
- Video Management Systems experience
