Pay: Earning potential $40,000 -55,000/year hourly SPIFFs

Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm daily, with some overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Primary Job Function: To repair, maintain and install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with high quality experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Completion of HVAC Certification through trade school
• Strong mechanical skills
• Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred
• Desire and commitment to learn and improve
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and handling heights
