Crumbl Cookies - Assistant Manager

Crumbl is a franchise business that has grown to over 100 locations across the U.S. since opening their doors in Logan, UT in 2017. They make the best cookies in the world and have a strong following in the markets they operate in along with a large social media following. This position is for Crumbl Cookies in Kyle, TX.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Manager include:

- First, and foremost, have a GREAT ATTITUDE!!! Someone with a great attitude that's a team player and enjoys training and lifting others will be successful in this role.

- A strong understanding of Crumbl's operating model and an earnest adoption of any new initiatives announced by Crumbl Corporate. Must have flexibility in executing Crumbl's vision and enacting new marketing strategies as they are rolled out.

- Be engaging and energetic with staff and customers. Have a strong desire to drive store sales and exceed customer's expectations on a daily basis. Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the cookie making process to ensure it's efficient and always producing the best quality of cookies

- Ensure all equipment is being regularly cleaned and maintained throughout the day. Ensure the store, kitchen/feeezer area, and bathroom are kept clean and sanitary for customers and staff.

- Monitor the overall quality of goods and services being provided to customers

- Ensure staff members are properly trained, ensure customer orders are filled on time, and oversee catering events.

- Clear and reconcile the register at the end of each working day and deliver cash to bank drop box.

- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. College, culinary arts, or some college is a plus but not required

- 1-2 years of successfully managing in a fast paced restaurant environment is preferred.

- Demonstrated history of success and achievement in other roles
