DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent based in the Green Bay area to join our growing team. The Renovation Superintendent will oversee DeLeers Construction's design-build renovation projects.

What DeLeers Construction can offer you

The Renovation Superintendent position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is posted at $28.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on your experience level. If your experience level is above what is listed in our description the hourly rate can go up accordingly. Superintendents will also receive a company cell phone, computer, and vehicle to use for any work-related travel once trained.

A day in the life of a Renovation Superintendent

The Renovation Superintendent will work with Renovation Account Specialist and other departments to oversee and put work into place for renovation projects. They will work on scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising, ensuring safety, quality control, training, and crew productivity.
