About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technical Project Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. This senior-level role is essential in leading strategic technical implementations and configurations, mentoring junior consultants, and overseeing complex technical projects.

*This role is based out of the DC, MD, VA area and will sometimes require onsite work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic direction for technical implementations, ensuring alignment with DelCor's vision.
• Lead in high-stakes project planning, manage comprehensive project plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee and improve the team's time tracking activities and processes.
• Implement Microsoft 365 administration, innovate in technical implementation, and resolve escalated technical issues.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of ten years of IT technical support experience
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams 
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration 
• Proficiency in handling migrations to Microsoft 365 and configuring devices like firewalls and network switches
