Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a part-time Bereavement Counselor to cover Sussex County. The schedule will be 8 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, social services or related field. One year clinical experience with emphasis on case work, family process, group work skills, and loss and grief issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Functions as part of the hospice interdisciplinary team to provide bereavement services to surviving families. Functions within established policies and procedures to assure compliance to federal and state regulations.
