• Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 annually

Job Description:

You will be responsible for supervising a small, union maintenance team. Supervise and oversee performance production equipment and facilities needs.

• Manage contractors and vendors
• Oversee facilities maintenance and repairs
• Oversee production maintenance and repairs
• Supervision of employees
• Working with regulatory authorities; FDA/EPS/DHS and other agencies
• Training direct reports on PLCs, pumps, pneumatics, transfer lines and chemical compatibility

Requirements:

• Five years of experience working with liquid chemicals
• 5 years of experience with PLCs, pumps, pneumatics, transfer lines and chemical compatibility
• Five years of experience in Industrial and Facilities Maintenance, ideally with some supervision experience.
• Well versed in OSHA requirements and safety protocols, PPE.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Familiarity in a union environment preferred
