RolePerform the role of Solutions Architect / Tech Delivery Manager for a long-term delaPlex client project. This leadership role demands an onsite presence in Cincinnati, Ohio, and entails overseeing the full lifecycle of a Warehouse Execution System powered by Azure SaaS and other on-premises technologies.
Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team of over 100 full-time employees, overseeing the complete SDLC, including sprint, quality assurance, and performance teams, reporting directly to the Product Manager.
• Spearhead the development landscape on the Java platform, emphasizing the creation of microservices, API-based functionalities, and UIs for mobile and portal applications.
• Collaborate closely with operational managers, HR, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure adequate resource allocation and budget management.
• Introduce and implement industry-leading SDLC practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. This includes managing fully managed release cycles within an Azure cloud environment.
• As the lead consultant, encourage high-performance teams and cultivate a culture of positive engagement, growth, and professional development.
• Develop multi-year strategic plans and oversee team operations across multiple locations.
