Personal Lines Supervisor

Classification : Salary-Exempt

Location : Franklin or Wellesley, MA

Job Type : Full Time, 40 hours / week

The Personal Lines Supervisor will help lead and mentor our team of Client Advocates and Account Managers, work closely with clients, and provide peace of mind through proactive service.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :

• Identify, design, and implement strategies for continued growth of the department including opportunities to cross sell and round out coverage
• Drive agency goals and performance objectives
• Review and prepare monthly reports to determine progress in achieving department objectives
• Develop and maintain departmental workflows and procedures
• Maintain and continuously strengthen relationships with carriers
• Perform annual evaluations for staff and resolve personnel conflicts, issues, and address complaints within department
• Participate in the interviewing, hiring and training of new staff members
• Perform the duties of Account Manager as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate Has :

• Minimum 5 years' P&C experience
• MA Producers License
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
