DeLallo is seeking candidates for Production Line Associates at our production facility in Penn, PA that want to grow with the company and that are looking for more than just a "job." The ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and a willingness to take on more responsibility while demonstrating the ability to lead others.

These are full-time positions on a production line with responsibilities to prepare, properly package, label and prepare shipments of food items through the use of various equipment. Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the daily set-up and operation of equipment as outlined in the daily production schedule
• Maintaining a steady pace and adjusting as required to match production speed requirements
• Following outlined GMP compliance along with ensuring facility and equipment processes are also in compliance
• Monitoring product packing line for proper container fill
• Manually packaging product when required and ensure labeling is properly affixed.
• Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies at the line
• Stacking product or boxes of product onto pallets
• After completion of production run, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• All other tasks as assigned or required

Hours are Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM and an occasional Saturday. 

Candidate requirements:

• Steady work history that shows a desire to take on additional responsibility
• Prior experience working in a production or production line environment is preferred
• Prior experience in a role that required attention to detail
• Must wear company issued uniform, safety shoes, and PPE as required and adhere to GMP and food safety processes
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment with all personality types.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work with products than may contain gluten, cheese, pine nuts and other food allergens
• Work in a refrigerated work environment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time during the scheduled shift
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, pull, push and stoop
• Lift up to 50 lbs
