Part-Time Help Needed - Weekends only!

DeLallo's is seeking part-time candidates for store positions at our Jeannette, PA Italian Marketplace to provide an elevated customer experience.

We are seeking candidates for part-time opportunities that have availability on the weekends.

Store hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Available opportunities for:

• Cashiers
• Bakery Counter
• Deli/Cheese Counter 
• Grocery Stocker

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Cashiers:

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service
• Share knowledge of DeLallo products and services of the company
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, including weighing some items
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Effective time management
• Cleans and maintains work-station and able to perform general cleaning duties at the store to maintain company standards
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures

Bakery Counter:

• Communicates with customers and co-workers on products and prices.
• Weighs certain items.
• Prices customer selections using label machine and calculators.
• Demonstrates salesmanship on a routine basis.
• Answers telephone to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Retrieves product from cooler to fill displays.
• Stocks and replenishes counters with product.
• Rotates merchandise for freshness.
• Checks merchandise for outdated product; sorts newly received merchandise.
• Cleans and maintains work-station.

Deli/Cheese Counter:

• Provide exceptional service to our customers
• Wait on customers as needed in deli/prepared foods section
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Willingness to help out in other areas of the store as needed

Grocery Stock:

• Stock and merchandise shelves
• Unload trucks and organize merchandise
• Respond to customer questions as needed
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Willingness to help out in other areas of the store as needed
