The salary range for this role is: $71,127.68 - $120,831.36

Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Analytics & BI Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

The position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and supply chain expertise to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Data Analysis and Strategize:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources within the supply chain, including inventory levels, transportation costs, supplier performance, and demand forecasts.
  • Deliver key outcomes and strategies from the data analysis.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory turnover.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and service level improvement within the supply chain network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain agility.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and improving inventory management.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics and business intelligence.
  • Become the PowerBI and Analytics expert and leader within the supply chain.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that address business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across functional areas to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Consumer products, grocery, or mass merchandising experience a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
