POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for answering phones, making reservations, and providing property or similar information in a courteous manner, directing individuals to the correct department/and answering any property information questions. Responds by telephone, e-mail, written correspondence, and texting to guest inquiries.

• Responsible for receiving calls, providing casino and/or food and beverage information, in addition to property information
• Must process phone calls promptly and courteously
• Always presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance
• Responds to all e-mail and text requests promptly and in appropriately
• Mails out information as requested
• Always demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Have ability to type and text with appropriate grammar and spelling

JOB QUALIFICATIONSMust have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as console/PBX operator or another related phone experience is preferred. Bilingual is preferred.

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to the other duties described herein, every Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:

• Attend required training sessions offered by the casino
• Obtain required licenses
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco
• Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department
• Adhere to Internal Control Procedures and Policies
• Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
