Primary Responsibilities: Maintains the receiving, storing, staging, and distributing of inventory in the warehouse and outside storage areas, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory
• Inspect product for defects and damages
• Use of forklift to move and stage inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare inventory for shipping and installation
• Assist inventory control process including but not limited to cycle counts, tagging and labeling, tracking and notating with appropriate documentation or logistics software.
• Receive, store, and expedite returns of damaged or scrap inventory
• Assist in the removal of inventory from and cleaning of company vehicles.
• Responsible for special projects as requested by Lead, Supervisor or Manager and other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of warehouse.
• Deliver or pick up inventory to/from other warehouses, project sites, or vendors in company vehicles.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
• Forklift certified, preferred
• Always obtain a valid driver’s license and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
