DEKOR Lighting is a small business focused on providing LED Lighting products to the end user through their website, through other Dealers and Distributors, and through social media. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and we need someone to manage these responsibilities of Warranty Claims and Return Authorizations, taking the most utmost pride in their work and owning it - you control your own path here at DEKOR Lighting.

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receive notification from freight carriers, distributors, dealers, or retail customers on freight overages, shortages, and damages and/or warranty claims.
• Notify Order Entry team of these discrepancies and/or claims, set up an RMA (return merchandise authorization) or Warranty Order for return of product/credit to the customer, and notify all of relevant disposition information.
• Prepare and maintain files for all freight claims and/or warranty orders.
• Work with all carriers on slow and/or short paid claims.
• Create and maintain reports that can be used to analyze, and to communicate with carrier reps, Shipping Manager, and Warranty Manager.
• Share all findings with the Shipping Manager and/or Warranty Manager.
• Assist and back up Shipping Office Administrator and Shipping Clerks as needed.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Strong data entry and computer skills with knowledge of Excel
• Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and efficient
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent attendance and work record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
