Dekker Perich Sabatini, an award-winning multidisciplinary design firm with offices across the southwest, is in search of a dynamic individual to spearhead the growth and market presence of our healthcare studio.

We are seeking a candidate with an in-depth understanding of healthcare facility administration, operations, real estate planning, design, and construction.

The ideal candidate will leverage this expertise to foster and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients. As a Healthcare Client Focus Leader, you will be instrumental in driving business development, crafting strategic initiatives, and managing client relationships, uniting vision with empathy to cultivate enduring connections and open new avenues for expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives and annual planning for the healthcare studio.
• Provide strategies for cultivating new client partnerships.
• Identify emerging business prospects.
• Regularly engage with current and prospective clients to fortify relationships and facilitate effective communication.
• Identify and coordinate opportunities for pre- and post-occupancy data analysis.
• Lead service development from initial concept to post-project completion.
• Collaborate on the formulation of the studio's annual budget and sales targets.
• Provide supervision and guidance to team members.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership and mobilize the team to generate and share impactful content within and beyond the organization.
• Collaborate on securing new projects.
• Communicate studio progress, achievements, challenges, and resource requirements effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must currently possess an established network of industry related professional contacts
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Healthcare, Architecture, Communications, etc.)
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role with proven success
• Understanding of our client’s needs and ability to engage as a trusted advisor and partner
• Demonstrated proficiency in working within a multidisciplinary team
• CHID, HFDP, EDAC, ACAH, or similar accreditations are a plus
