Full Time Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
The DeKalb County Prosecutor’s Office in Auburn, Indiana, seeks a full time Deputy Prosecutor. This position is responsible for prosecuting appropriate criminal cases on behalf of the State of Indiana and of DeKalb County and fulfilling statutory duties on traffic, juvenile, child support, expungement, paternity and dangerous persons petitions.
Qualifications:
· Doctor of Jurisprudence degree
· Indiana law license
· Prosecution, jury trial and/or criminal law experience preferred
· Well organized with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficient computer
· Ability to work well independently and with others as a team player
The starting salary is DOE.
