Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires proficiency in using power tools and performing various lawn care tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and gardens
- Assist in landscape maintenance projects such as installing irrigation systems or building retaining walls
- Trim trees and hedges to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment used in lawn care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for lawn care tasks
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise trimming and landscaping
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
