Salary: Starting at $28/hour
Shifts:
1st - 7am-3:30pm
2nd - 3pm-11:30pm
3rd - 11pm-7:30am

Responsibilities:

• Operate Lathes & Mills
• Operates multiple machines simultaneously
• Monitors and changes cutting tools (inserts) as needed
• Makes offsets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision
• Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Completes inspection documentation, and daily operator maintenance sheets
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be experienced operating Lathes and Mills
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls (18i-21i, 31i)
• Knowledge of fixture design, tooling application and set up Knowledge of inspection techniques
• Ability to work to fine tolerances
• Ability to understand process sheets
• Able to use measuring equipment (i.e., Calipers, micrometers, Drop indicators)
• Basic blueprint knowledge
• Knowledge of QS/ISO 149649
• Understanding of simple math
• High School Diploma

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
