About the Role

A great opportunity at Degree Heating & Cooling for an E1 Electrician to help us develop our electrical department, a ground floor opportunity with a bonus compensation plan. As our first E1 Electrician, you will work with our residential HVAC replacement team to replace breakers, disconnects, and quote needed upgrades to our customers (no new construction).

What You’ll Do

• Be our first Electrician hire to develop our electrical department
• Work with our residential HVAC replacement team to replace breakers, disconnects, and quote needed upgrades to our customers
• Run sales calls and price work
• Recruit Electricians and build out our electrical department
• Participate in training, meetings and company events
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

• Knowledge of and experience with electrical systems, components, and installation practices
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus
• Business experience a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• The ability to pass a background check
• Excited about growth potential and managing other electricians

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
• To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
• The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs is required
• The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons
