Our client is seeking the services of an Data Governance, Data Architect & Data Analyst.

Data Governance | Data Architect & Data Analyst will perform the following duties and responsibilities in this position:

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) in English with technical and Department staff
• Experience in data analysis and/or data governance
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experienceb.

Serve as Data Governance Manager:

• Serves as point of escalation for data governance, data quality and data protection issues, works closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets, and responds to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic requirements of the Agency
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of and coordination with the Agency s Enterprise Data Governance Workgroup (data stewards, custodians, and owners).
• This specifically pertains to data issues (such as data modeling, data quality, data accuracy, data timeliness, etc.) as they are encountered. Additionally, the Data Governance Manager focuses on the coordination of data communications with external HHS state agencies for coordination and potential leveragability of data solutions
• Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across all group delivery initiatives.

Specific duties include:

• Data profiling
• Data analysis
• Root cause analysis
• Develop standards and protocols for data integrity, access and use
