Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Lawn Spray Technician. As a Lawn Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying various lawn care treatments to ensure the health and vitality of our clients' lawns. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management, according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and other tools necessary for lawn care applications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address questions or concerns and provide recommendations for maintaining healthy lawns.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including application rates, quantities, and areas treated.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure the protection of oneself, customers, and the environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or related field preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with lawn care duties.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
