Shift: Monday through Friday 6:15AM to 4:00PM. Some overtime available on weekends

Duties:

• Working outside in all types of weather at residential and commercial sites
• Using all types of hand tools and equipment

• Work for Defender for 90 days to receive training. Upon completion of all training satisfactory, you transfer to a United Structural Systems employee earning higher pay and increases in benefits.

Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Preferably have a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift and carry 95 pounds for the entire shift
• Must be able to bend, walk, lay on your back in crawl spaces and stand for entire shift
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Daily attendance is a must
• Ability to work with a 4 to 5 member team successfully is required

Job Type: Full-time
