The Role
About our Team
The HR Officer is a team leader within the Business Enterprise Management Team, Training Force Headquarters. The centralised business management functions, have teams geographically located around Australia with regional areas or responsibility to support the delivery of training to our mariners.
Reporting to the Deputy Director Business and Resource Management, within the Business Enterprise Management Team, Training Force Headquarters, this role will work with other team members who are geographically located elsewhere.

The Business and Resource Officer will be highly resilient and able to work in a small team in a multidisciplinary environment and roles with competing priorities.
