Responsibilities/Duties:

The Bell Person’s job duties and responsibilities are to include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome all guests and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Open Lobby entrance/exit doors for all guests, visitors, and hotel staff.
• Monitor number of people in the lobby.
• Offer assistance with luggage to all hotel guests.
• Delivers amenities, mail, and other items to guests’ rooms.
• Communicate with all departments in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be aware of current hotel and local attractions and restaurants to make recommendations to guests.
• Understand and respond to all guests needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all policies and procedures per hotel guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Other duties and cross training as assigned by Manger on Duty.
• Must comply with the Company’s Appearance and Dress Code policy at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, reliable and a team player
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
