POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Director, Franchise Sales is responsible for the creation of the long-term franchise recruitment strategy and partner with the Lead of Real Estate in obtaining CKE’s long-term growth plan. This position leads the CKE Franchise Sales Team with responsibilities for recruiting new franchisees, working with existing franchisees to align on opportunities, and gaining commitments to growth under Development Agreements. Source, attract, and assess candidates who are interested in the acquisition/transfer of existing locations. This position is also responsible for all franchise marketing materials, managing CKE franchising Website, management of the franchisee recruitment process and selection, market analysis and alternative business development initiatives.
