****Your Responsibilities****

As an **Order Fulfillment Process** **Quality Engineer** for Des Moines Workslocated in Ankeny, IA, you will troubleshoot shop floor issues including safety, quality, tooling, parts, and process. In addition...

* Execute, improve, and develop processes to reduce risk for both internal and external customers

* Investigate product quality problems by gathering and analyzing data, determine root cause and implement corrective and preventive action

* Assists in warranty reviews and investigations by creating evidence packages and applying problem resolution techniques

****What Skills You Need****

* Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics

* Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques (e.g., pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts, and control plans).

* Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

* Knowledge and experience, being able to create MS Excel Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, and Graphs

* Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style

****What Makes You Stand Out****

* Experience in one or more related engineering areas: quality, manufacturing, industrial, methods, reliability, design, warehousing, and distribution.

* Experience in a production environment

* Programming language experience (Python, SQL, etc.)

* Experience with team leadership (can include project or group work)

* Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T)

* Experience with heavy machinery or agricultural equipment

* Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

****Education****

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology preferred or equivalent engineering work experience
