As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join us as an Office Support Nurse.

Position Overview:

In the role of Office Support Nurse, you will be a key contributor to the efficient operation of our office and the seamless delivery of home health services. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of LPN experience, encompassing pediatrics, geriatrics, and home health. This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with on-call responsibilities during weekends after the probationary period.

Responsibilities;

* Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to patient care documentation.

* Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient visits, ensuring timely and accurate information.

* Work closely with the clinical team to maintain high-quality patient care standards.

* Provide support in managing patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and personalized patient care.

* Participate in on-call duties during weekends (after probationary period).

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 8-10 years of diverse nursing experience.

Extensive experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, and home health settings.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in electronic health records and office management software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
