Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Culinary ServicesDirector, our Assistant Culinary Services Director is responsible for training,scheduling, and guiding the dietary team toward delivering exceptional culinaryservice
• Oversees the food service program withdedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safetyand sanitation protocols
• Conducts inventory and purchasing activitieswhile ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved
• Plans and prepares a diverse menu thatincorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for variousrestrictions
• Maintains food service areas including thekitchen and dining areas
• Attends continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Must hold current ServSafe Food Handlingcertification
• Prior senior/supportive living experiencedesired
• Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
