Deer Brook Village is Hiring a Laborer/Maintenance Near North Brunswick, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. This is a full time seasonal position that could be permanent if you are a hard working individual with a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to maintain the appearance and safety of our mobile home community.

Responsibilities:

- Perform physical labor on site such as digging, to repair water lines or correct drainage - assist in concrete repairs
- maintain the playgrounds, common areas, streets, pool deck and bathrooms
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision.

Experience:

- Ability to lift 60 lbs.

- Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment is helpful

-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
