DEEM, LLC is a commercial mechanical and electrical company offering HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Industrial Piping, Building Automation, and Sheet Metal Installation and services. We are centrally located in Indianapolis, Indiana with satellite offices throughout the Midwest down to the southeastern United States.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience working in commercial refrigeration is required
• Experience working in grocery stores and/or supermarkets is preferred
• Experience working on refrigeration rack systems, freezers, coolers, walk ins, reach ins, etc. required
• EPA certification required
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Must possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to document work performed and submit it in timely manner on a smart device (iPad or phone)
• Ability to adhere to all safety procedures
• Knowledge of tool/testing equipment required to perform duties in the HVAC/R service trade
• Must be able to maintain accurate inventory of equipment and repair parts
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain Refrigeration/HVAC issues and recommendations of repairs with customers
• Must be punctual, adhere to daily schedule and able to handle schedule changes

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record and possession of valid driver’s license (must be 21 or older for insurance purposes)
• Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
