We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and fabrication work will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems, mechanical components, and logic controllers
- Fabricate and weld metal parts as needed for repairs or modifications
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary to ensure quality workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by responding promptly to maintenance requests
Experience:
- Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, and fabrication work
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance practices
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and logic controllers
- Excellent communication skills in English
