Area Supervisor - Tyler, TX

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area Supervisor to oversee operations in our South Central Region. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of your designated assigned area. Your role will involve managing personnel, maintaining crew efficiency, communicating with upper management, and implementing best practices to achieve production goals while upholding the highest standards of quality and animal welfare.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple poultry crew locations within a designated area
- Ensure that targets are met or exceeded
- Train and develop multiple different teams of crew members
- Resolve crew member and management complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other supervisors and upper management to achieve company objectives

Skills:
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of the poultry industry is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience in training and development of employees
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
