Dedicated Nursing Associates is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Delmont, PA

The NRO Recruiter I is responsible for the recruiting, credentialing, and processing of new field staff in each Division Office.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Conduct daily phone screenings and follow ups with in-process candidates
  • Weekly performance requirements (subject to change):
  • Make 250 outbound calls (50 calls/day)
  • Hire 5 new individuals
  • Complete 15 interviews/phone screenings
  • Monthly performance requirements:
  • Hire 20 new individuals
  • Complete any other specified goals as directed by the Manager
  • Actively recruit candidates through various recruiting platforms
  • Review and complete necessary credentialing documents
  • Communicate with other NRO Recruiters and departments such as Sales, Per Diem, and STAR Divisions to better align recruiting efforts
  • Ensure candidates and new hires meet CDC, state, and facility compliance standards
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates
  • Follow-up with candidates to maintain pipeline of candidates in the onboarding process
  • Complete tasks and special projects as requested by Division Manager and Assistant Division Manager, Operations Manager, and COO
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
