```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Drywall Finisher/Painter to join our team. As a Drywall Finisher/Painter, you will be responsible for applying finishes and coatings for a beautiful finished project. Your attention to detail and expertise in drywall finishing techniques will contribute to the overall quality of our projects. We are willing to train for the right individual no experience necessary but preffered.

```Duties```
- Prepare drywall surfaces by filling cracks, holes, and joints with caulk or putty
- Smooth out imperfections and create a smooth surface using sandpaper or other tools
- Prime and paint using brush, roller, sprayer, interior and exterior
- Sand and finish wood
- Grind and finish concrete floors
- Install fixtures such as light switches, outlets, and vents
- Perform mold remediation if necessary
- Follow specifications for each project
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

```Experience Preferred / Willing to Train the Right Candidate```
- Experience as a drywall finisher or painter preffered but will train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
-Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and tools - Or willing to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
